V-CLAIM ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE

In-house developed bespoke software to service our clients better. A streamlined assessment process and comprehensive data accumulation, available to our clients 24/7. System use is free-of-charge for instructing clients. A complete history of all vehicles data is warehoused for access by our clients when needed. Standardized Assessment Reports allows for easy reading and interpretation. The V-claim system keeps everyone in the loop, from "Request for Assessment" until finalization of the claim. It is the ultimate assessor management tool. The software is easy to use and enable our assessors to meet strict turnaround times. We provide management services (V-Claim) to businesses with in-house assessing personnel, optimizing assessing efficiency and turn-around times, whilst systematizing processes and data management.

W.I.P. ASSESSMENTS & POST-REPAIR INSPECTIONS (AUDITS)

W.I.P. Inspections and post repair inspections / audits can be designed to meet the needs of the auditing party, inclusive of: • Work-in-Progress inspections monitoring quality and timeline of repairs • Workshop check - organization/safety/cleanliness/facilities; Equipment check - use of equipment and sight of maintenance/calibration certificates for equipment, etc.; • Cold case reviews - checks of invoices for any recently completed cases and parts purchases invoices; • Review of ongoing repair cases for auditing customer at the repairer to ensure authority provided by the assessor is accurate/correct and agreed works are being completed properly with correct repair methods; • Highlight and deal with any issues that can be dealt with whilst on site.
